HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani has received a written message from the Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov pertaining to bilateral relations and a set of other issues of mutual interest. The Bulgarian president’s Foreign Policy and Security Affairs Secretary Goran Yonov handed over the message during an audience at the Emir’s office yesterday. Nikolay Kratonov, adviser to the Bulgarian president, was also present at the meeting, as was the chairman of the Administrative Control and Transparency Authority, HE Abdullah bin Hamad al-Attiyah.
