Ezdan Athletes’ Village which is open for Qatar residents to lease at “affordable” rates |
Ezdan is “offering Qatar residents an opportunity to live in a superior facility” that was created as Athletes’ Village for the recently-concluded Arab Games.
Under the directive of Ezdan chairman Sheikh Thani bin Abdullah al-Thani “the village was built with special care to provide participants the healthiest possible atmosphere so that they could show best performance”.
Equipped with most modern household goods and items, the Athletes’ Village combines “luxury, style and affordability”, besides being only minutes away from Doha.
Ezdan Deputy CEO Abdulrahman al-Najjar said: “Connected with two major roads, namely the Doha International Airport and Abu Hamour highways, the Athletes’ Village has easy access to all important areas of Qatar. Also, the presence of integrated Ezdan Mall and new multi-facility hospital at Wakrah, the Ezdan Village (21, 22, 23 and 24) bears looks of being a complete, self-sufficient and well-planned small city.
