Qtel’s kiosk at The Mall
Qtel has expanded the range of service points for customers with the opening of two kiosks at The Mall and Qatar Exhibition Centre.
The kiosks are equipped with a “range of support services and innovative new products” so that customers can easily meet their communication and entertainment needs, including Hala and Shahry mobile and mobile broadband.
With the opening of the two Qtel kiosks, there are now 22 Qtel Shops across Qatar, with more planned for 2012.
“One of the major commitments of Qtel’s Customer Charter, which promises to enhance the level of service that customers can expect, is to ensure that all communities are fully-served and have access to helpdesk facilities,” Qtel said.
Qtel’s kiosk at the Qatar Exhibition Centre will serve the thousands of people who visit exhibitions throughout the year, as well as customers in the Dafna area.
During exhibitions, kiosk will focus on expo activities, so that business visitors to Qatar can make use of broadband Internet and prepaid mobile
services.
The kiosk will complement Qtel’s activities in providing high-level support for conferences and events in Qatar. As an added benefit, the Qatar Exhibition Centre kiosk will offer a range of services, including fixed line and home connections.
The Qtel kiosk at The Mall will serve customers in the area. It will specialise in mobile services, so that customers can enjoy a wide range of Shahry, Hala and mobile broadband services, as well as a selection of mobile devices.
Qtel said it has an “ambitious schedule” of new Qtel Shop openings planned for 2012, with a particular focus on reaching out to neighbourhoods across Qatar.
The company continues to invest in other customer-serving channels, including its helpdesk and its pioneering Qtel portal.
