Minister of Energy and Industry HE Mohamed Saleh al-Sada has urged the country’s electricity and water department officials to provide quality services to its customers.
Al-Sada said this while on a visit to the office of the customer services department (CSD) of the Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa). At a meeting held to mark the visit of the minister, customer services manager Nasser al-Mohannadi made a presentation on the corporation’s services and forthcoming projects.
The senior officials who accompanied the minister made an inspection tour of the single window system, developed by the corporation to meet different requirements of the customers without causing delay.
