Consolidated Gulf Company (CGC) has inked a contract with DPS-Modern Indian School to provide audio visual (AV) systems at the institution’s auditorium and open air stage, at its new premises at Al Wakrah.
CGC chief operating officer Anil Mahajan and DPS-MIS executive committee member Azim Abbas signed an agreement in this regard.
The school’s executive committee member Yasir Nainar and CGC officials Moses Dsouza (business manager, AV Systems), Peter Hall and Vikas Shrivastava (project managers) were also present. Abbas said CGC was chosen for its expertise and credibility to deliver quality technological solutions and services locally.
“The auditorium with state-of-the-art AV system will be used to host activities like cultural functions, presentations, concerts, educational programmes, theatre workshops while the open stage will be used for stage shows,” he added.
Mahajan said CGC has tied up with major product solutions providers, including Bose, Chrisite Digital and Extron to deliver the best in technology.
“As a total AV Systems provider, we cater to the needs of religious places, schools, government facilities, entertainment venues and clubs, among others,” he added.
A wide range of AV control systems, computer-video interfaces, matrix switchers, distribution amplifiers, speakers, twisted pair and fibre optic equipment, signal processors and streaming products are provided by CGC.
