The Ministry of Public Health launched Saturday its annual vaccination campaign against Tdap, focusing on students in year 10. The campaign is being done in co-operation with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, and with the Primary Healthcare Corporation.
The first day of the campaign will begin Sunday in private and expat schools, and will continue to February 24.
Students of public schools will have their vaccinations from February 17-26. The ministry organised a workshop for nurses that provided them with the necessary training that would guarantee the success of the campaign.
