Ooredoo has enhanced its customer journey in its shops, allowing the telco leader to provide its customers a better experience when they visit.

The new experience will allow customers to choose from six languages on the digital welcoming screen and also let the service personnel know the reason for the visit, creating maximum efficiency for service personnel and ensuring a quicker, smoother, more seamless experience for both.

The new system is intended to enable customer service personnel to attend to a greater number of customers simultaneously, while speeding up the process of servicing them and reducing waiting time.

“Complete customer satisfaction is at the core of our retail operations strategy and, as such, we are constantly looking for ways we can improve the way we service our customers. This new digital welcoming system will reduce waiting times, allow us to serve more customers simultaneously and allow us to tailor our services to each individual customer more effectively, leading to a better customer experience overall,” Ooredoo’s public relations and corporate communications director Manar Khalifa al-Muraikhi said in a press statement.

Customers can now experience the new digital welcoming system at Ooredoo shops around town.
