His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani will head Qatar's delegation to the 74th session of the UN General Assembly, which will take place at the UN's headquarters in New York.

His Highness the Amir will deliver a speech during the opening session of the UN General Assembly on Tuesday (September 24). Prior to his participation in the UN General Assembly, the Amir will pay a working visit to France and the United Kingdom.

The Amir arrived in Paris on Wednesday evening. He will hold talks with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Elysee Palace on Thursday.

On Wednesday His Highness the Amir will hold talks with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson at 10 Downing Street in London on strengthening strategic relations and bilateral co-operation in various fields of partnership, in addition to exchanging views on the latest developments in the region and the world.
