The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced the conversion of Al Kahrabaa (Electricity) Intersection on A Ring Road into a temporary roundabout while keeping the lanes open in all directions from October 11 for a period of four months.
The conversion, implemented in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, is aimed at completing the upgrading works on Al Kahrabaa Intersection and installation of new traffic lights as part of the A-Ring Road Development Project.
Ashghal will install road signs advising motorists of the closure and requested all road users to abide by the speed limit and follow the road signs to ensure safety.
