Two new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Palestine today bringing the total to 41, according to the government spokesman Ibrahim Milhem.

He said in the daily report on coronavirus that the two cases were of Palestinians returning home through Jordan across the River Jordan bridge and that they were placed in quarantine in Jericho upon arrival as required.

One of them is a student from Ramallah.

Most of the coronavirus cases are based in the Bethlehem region in the south of the West Bank, with the exception of two cases in Tulkarm and these recent ones. (QNA)
