Qatar players take  part in a training yesterday ahead of their Asian qualifier against Bangladesh tomorrow. The match, originally scheduled in March, was postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic. The Group E contest would be the only Asian qualifier in 2020, with the other matches to be completed by June 15. While Qatar qualify automatically for the 2022 FIFA World Cup as hosts, Felix Sanchez’s side are chasing a spot at the AFC Asian Cup China 2023, where they will aim to defend the title they won in 2019. With 13 points from five matches, Qatar lead Group E, while Bangladesh, who have one point from four outings, sit bottom of the table. Qatar had beaten Bangladesh 2-0 in the first leg in October last year.
