Qatar Chamber chairman Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim al-Thani led the chamber’s delegation, which participated in the 54th meeting of the Federation of GCC Chambers (FGCC Chambers) held virtually on Wednesday.

The meeting was attended by Qatar Chamber second vice chairman Rashid bin Hamad al-Athba, board member Ibtihaj Mohamed al-Ahmadani, and general manager Saleh bin Hamad al-Sharqi.

The meeting’s agenda included the ratification of the minutes of the 53rd meeting of the federation held last month and a follow up of its recommendations. It also reviewed the federation’s draft strategy and reconstruction, in addition to a draft work programme of the federation’s general secretariat for 2021.

Further in the agenda, it reviewed the annual report on revenues, expenses and final accounts of the general secretariat for 2019, as well as the estimated budget next year. The federation also discussed the agenda of its 55th meeting slated on March 18, 2021.
