Strawberry Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut milk
4 spoons chia seeds
3-4 table spoon honey
2 cups of Greek yogurt
Half cup coconut cream
Vanilla

Strawberry Sauce:
300g frozen Strawberries
4-5 tbsp honey
1 tsp Maqui powder

Method:
In a bowl add coconut milk, chia seeds, honey, greek yogurt, coconut cream and vanilla. Mix the ingredients well. Cover it and refrigerate for at-least 4 hours overnight.
Just before serving prepare the sauce.
For the strawberry sauce first mix honey with a-bit of water to dissolve it and then add it in the blender with the frozen strawberries and maqui powder and blended them all together.
To serve divide the chia pudding into jars and add the strawberry sauce. Top with cranberry and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
