HE the Minister of Finance, Ali bin Ahmed al-Kuwari welcomed Sir Antonio Horta-Osorio, chairman of the board, Credit Suisse AG and the accompanying delegation during their visit to Doha for signing an MoU between IPA Qatar and Credit Suisse.
The meeting was attended by HE the Minister of Commerce and Industry, Sheikh Mohamed bin Hamad bin Qassim al-Abdullah al-Thani, also chairman of IPA Qatar; Sheikh Ali bin al-Waleed al-Thani, chief executive officer, Investment Promotion Agency Qatar (IPA Qatar), and Yousef al-Jaidah, chief executive officer, Qatar Financial Center (QFC).
The Swiss side comprised Thomas Gottstein, chief executive officer of Credit Suisse; Eric Varvel, chairman of the board, Credit Suisse Qatar; Bruno Daher, CEO Middle East, Credit Suisse AG; Aladdin Hangari, CEO, Credit Suisse Qatar and CEO, Aventicum Capital Management, and Patrick D'Amico, Strategic Client Partner, Credit Suisse AG.
