Qatar-based Indian entrepreneur J K Menon presented three major projects for the welfare of emigrants at the recent Third Session of the Loka Kerala Sabha. A director of Kerala government department Norka and chairman of ABN Corporation, Qatar, he introduced the Third World Kerala Council’s Proposal on Housing Schemes, Insurance for Expatriates and their families along with more opportunities for investment in government-owned organisations.
